Energy Code Compliance

Let us help you with the Indiana Energy Code inspections and testing that are required for all new homes built in Indiana.

For Custom Builders, we also provide special pre-insulation quality control inspections prior to drywall being installed to help identify issues that could lead to frozen pipes, condensation, high humidity, mold, comfort complaints, etc.

Green Programs

As part of tax credit commitments and the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), many developers must comply with the National Green Building Standard, Enterprise Green, and other energy efficiency programs.

We can help guide you through these programs and provide the inspections and certifications you need.

Building Diagnostics

We can perform testing and inspections to determine the causes of frozen pipes, high humidity, condensation, mold/mildew, comfort issues and other problems in newly built homes.

We utilize infrared thermography, blower door air leakage and duct leakage testing devices, moisture meters and other high-tech equipment to help solve these problems.
